Vin Garbutt

A night of celebration of the life of local celebrity Martin Nesbitt writer and composer of many a rib-tickling song. He brought joy to all those lucky enough to hear him perform them in his own inimitable style.

The night will consist of local acts who admired and loved Martin, playing on the night at least one of his songs or a song connected with their relationship with him.

There was no lack of performers wanting to take part and pay their own tribute making it very difficult who could appear. The result is over 20 musicians on stage throughout the night singing and sharing their memories of Martin including some of our own local superstars including Vin Garbutt.
