Charity Lunchtime Piano Recital
Pianist and composer Charles Timberlake gives an informal lunchtime piano recital in aid of Naomi House and Jacksplace hospices. Charles will be playing a variety of styles of music - from well-known ballads, show tunes, television themes and hymns (both modern and traditional) to his original compositions - all played in his own inimitable style. Charles also loves to 'dress' tunes up in a more jazzy style, so expect surprises!
He will be playing from 12 noon until 3pm, with intervals, and visitors are invited to feel free to come and go as they please - to sit and listen or to wander around the Abbey listening to his inspirational music. All donations go to Naomi House and Jacksplace hospices for children and young adults, Sutton Scotney.
