Crazy For Gershwin

Crazy For Gershwin is a celebration of the acclaimed works by arguably the
greatest of popular composers, George Gershwin. The show includes classic orchestral compositions alongside a selection of show-stopping numbers he wrote in collaboration with his lyricist brother Ira.

The performance of music, song and dance from the Gershwin songbook includes Rhapsody In Blue, I've Got A Crush On You,Someone To Watch Over Me, Oh, Lady, Be Good!, Fascinatin’ Rhythm, S'Wonderful, Strike Up The Band and highlights from Porgy And Bess such as Summertime and It Ain't Necessarily So.

Expect Broadway glamour and toe-tapping tunes in an all-Gershwin extravaganza.

With soloists Jonathan Scott (piano), Meeta Raval (soprano) and Rodney Earl Clarke (baritone) and conductor Richard Balcombe.

Plus a glamorous ballroom duo and two sensational tap dancers.
