Michael Ridpath

Michael Ridpath worked in the City of London as a bond trader before becoming a writer. His first novel, Free to Trade, was published in 37 languages. Hailed as "The British John Grisham" he wrote seven more financial thrillers. His latest work, Sea of Stone, is the fourth in the Fire and Ice series which features Icelandic detective Magnus Jonson.
