Aerial Skills Adult Taster Workshop

Learn how to climb, swing and suspend yourself in the air with aerial dance company All or Nothing.

From flying through BBC idents, to going on tour with Pink and performing as part of Cirque du Soleil, Edinburgh-based All or Nothing are Scotland’s top aerial dance company, fusing dance, theatre and contemporary circus to create incredible aerial performances. Starting with a warm up to prepare you for scaling the heights, this workshop will introduce you to basic moves, climbs and wraps on fabric and material trapezes. Once you’ve mastered these new high-flying skills, you will be shown how to combine them to perform a short aerial sequence of your own.

Suitable for absolute beginners and those with some aerial experience.

Please wear clothing suitable for moving around - leggings/tracksuit bottoms and a long sleeved top are ideal.
