The Spirit Of Cumbria - Holistic Festival

A show with around 80 stands which brings together a fascinating range of holistic exhibitors, spiritual workers and creative artists as well as practitioners from across a wide range of healing and complementary therapies. It will include crystals, music, health and well-being products, angel readings, shamanic healing, beauty products, essential oils, jewellery, tarot, astrology, therapies, spiritual healing and much more.

There will be a healing room, with taster treatments, where people can relax and meditate, or you can even try Nia – a fusion of dance and marshal arts practice to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy.

Throughout the day there will be free workshops, talks, music performances and demonstrations of mediumship in the theatre and plenty to do for children too. Once again, the popular evening show of Clairvoyance, Music and Spirit and Painting will take place on the Saturday evening.
