Peter Sidwell Cookery School - Chocolate And Desserts

If you have a sweet tooth and a love for desserts then this is the course for you. A full practical hands on cookery day focusing on chocolate work and delicious desserts. The course starts at 10am with a coffee and a chance to meet your chef tutor, after that it’s time to cook! Lunch will be served at approximately 1pm and then it’s back into the kitchen to create some more fantastic dishes. All dishes will be packed up and stored ready to take home at the end of the day along with full recipes.
