Guided Bike Rides
10am-1pm: Join a certified instructor for a scenic guided bike ride from Rheged to Greystoke, followed by a light lunch at Rheged. (included in the price)
1pm-4pm: Join a certified instructor for a 1 hour workshop and Q and A, followed by transport to Askham for a 3mile off-road bike ride, featured in the 'Top 10 family rides in the Lake District’, before being transported back to Rheged.
Please bring your own bike, alternatively you can hire a bike for £7 for the session, but please prebook. £10 with a child seat.
