Following his phenomenally successful Work In Progress gigs last year, David Brent has announced he is to hit the road again. Due to overwhelming demand, Brent and his band Foregone Conclusion will be performing at Oxford New Theatre before heading to London to play the iconic Hammersmith Apollo.
The audience will get to enjoy songs, performed live, from Brent’s back catalogue including ‘Free Love Freeway', ‘Spaceman Came Down’, ‘Slough’, ‘Life on The Road’, ‘Ain’t No Trouble’ and critically acclaimed ‘Lady Gypsy’. Plus new, unheard material.
The previous three Work In Progress gigs sold out in seconds, proving Brent & Foregone Conclusion have quite a following. This includes some famous faces with Coldplay asking the band to perform at their charity gig, Under 1 Roof in December 2013. These gigs have received rave reviews with NME claiming "Foregone Conclusion are as slick a session group as you could find, looking like offcuts from Mumford & Sons…", The Independent calling Brent "Slough’s answer to a Jon Bon Jovi tribute act" and The Times "…a powerful front man".
