The Charlatans are the third and final headline act confirmed to perform in Delamere Forest, Cheshire, as part of the Forestry Commission's annual Forest Live concert series. It will be a home forest gig for the band who last appeared in Delamere Forest to a sell-out crowd in 2007.

2013 sees the band return to their Big Mushroom studio to begin working on demos for a new album and also the release of 'Mountain Picnic Blues' DVD, a documentary on the band's epic LP, 'Tellin' Stories', from its creation in 1997 to the 15th anniversary edition of the album.

Ever popular and with a loyal fanbase, The Charlatans have lived through the Madchester era and are still making wonderful indie-pop tunes on the other side. With a back catalogue including 'The Only One I Know', 'Weirdo' and 'One To Another' to complement their new material, expect something truly special live.
