The Staves + The Lake Poets
The Staves have announced details of a new EP for the Spring, with a UK and Ireland headline tour to coincide with its release.
The London trio will release The Motherlode EP on the 2nd April through Atlantic Records, featuring 3 new tracks, before commencing their tour in Bristol on the 15th April and culminating with a show at The Ballroom in Brighton on the 2nd May.
These shows follow their current sold-out tour of the UK and Ireland with Michael Kiwanuka, and their U.S. Austin to Boston Communion tour in March with Ben Howard.
The Staves
The Staves are three English sisters whose soaring harmonies hark back to the sweet sounds of Crosby, Stills and Nash. They mould their love of Americana and folk into finely crafted tales of love and loss with gently finger-picked guitar and ukulele, and, at the forefront - their three unique voices.

The Lake Poets
The Lake Poets is one man from Sunderland called Martin Longstaff. Described as 'stunningly affecting and haunting', the music of The Lake Poets incorporates delicate finger-picked guitar, beautiful melodies and moving, intelligent and thought-provoking lyricism. Martin's vocal is hauntingly beautiful and his honest and personal songwriting has created a buzz too strong to be ignored by the likes of 6Music and Amazing Radio.
