Rallying Round by Stewart Howson

A comedy/drama ride about an unusual modern friendship with no power steering and the rear view mirror set to 1944.

Old soldier Airchie cons his young 'carer' Mo into giving him a lift..... to Monte Carlo! - a journey he used to make annually in his classic rally car with his old 'oppo' Dougie - although it seems Airchie is pretty hazy about the route and even their destination!

A story about youth, age and two very different worlds meeting with compassion. This new play by Stewart Howson from Guyzance, Northumberland is told in his own inimitable style: laugh out loud funny and at the same time extremely moving.
