Introducing The Northern Writers’ Awards
For the first time, this year the prestigious Northern Writers’ Awards, which have run in North East England since 2000, will be open to writers in the North West and Yorkshire. To introduce the awards, which have helped writers such as Mari Hannah, Carolyn Jess-Cooke and Toby Martinez de las Rivas go on to be published, previous winners will be in conversation with staff from New Writing North, the reading and writing development agency for the North of England.
