Never miss another 'Purple Heart Parade' show
Purple Heart Parade
Forming in 2012 from the coming-together of like-minded friends and musicians, five piece Manchester band, Purple Heart Parade, offer a form of psychedelic music driven by an earthy Manchester born and bred vibe, transcending through dreamlike rifts and space rock sounds often associated with the likes of The Verve, Pink Floyd, Spiritualised and currently Tame Impala, Pond, Wolf and Club and Black Angels.
With a psychedelic sound that evokes that of a dream-like state, tied in with mind-filling hooks and melodies, Purple Heart Parade consume you for days and purposefully so. Ryan’s guitars combine with those of Budgies to walk you hand in hand through the fields of sound whilst drummer Tom and Bass-player Ste help move each song craftily to different states of awake and sleep as you drift along each journey.
The band are set to take the UK by storm in 2013 with their captivating live performances as singer Peter Cowap’s legendary on-stage presence resembles that of a band playing a sell-out stadium tour every single night, adding to the sense of occasion seeing Purple Heart Parade live, undeniably leaving you wanting more, craving your next fix.
