Virus
Norwegian Carl Michael Eide (Czral) formed Virus in the 90s as a successor to another black metal outfit, Ved Buens Edge. Virus faded into obscurity, but was revived after Czral suffered a near fatal accident which rejuvinated his passion for avant-garde metal. Czral’s plays his trademark sideways riffs, while his vocals are strong and at times reminiscent of a choir of mad preachers, the drumming is efficient and the bass lines are adventurous.
