Due to illness, Jason has been unable to perform, write or record any music since 2009. His health issues also meant he accrued large medical bills which he and his family have struggled to pay. The proceeds of both the concert and the album are for Jason’s medical fund.
It’s time to give something back to a wonderful musician who has given so much to his listeners.
Please see jasonmolinabenefitlondon.wordpress.com/ for more information.
Support music with music. Everyone involved, the musicians, the venue, the promoters, PR,and designers are all involved voluntarily and have their own connection to Jason either having worked with him, or being influenced, or simply appreciative of his music.
Alasdair Roberts
One man, one guitar, and a quality selection of bittersweet folk songs. He has a recurrent interest in metaphysical themes and in folklore and history.
Alasdair Roberts tour dates
The Mariner's Children
Dreamy acoustic folk-pop with boy-girl harmonies and sweet melodies, banjos, mandolins and accordions. Part sea shanty, part traditional folk, all melodic and memorable.
The Mariner's Children tour dates
Fierce County
Fierce County are Benjamin Clough, Chris Rice and Tim Mosley. Their ethos is simple; play anywhere they are welcomed and record only live, with each take appearing totally unique and fiercely proud of its imperfections.
Fierce County tour dates
Ali Warren
Raised in Taunton, Somerset, Ali spent his schooldays dreaming of becoming a saxophonist, but when he could not raise the money to buy the instrument, he was inspired by the music of blues artists like Leadbelly, John Lee Hooker and Robert Johnson to turn his attention to the guitar. Ali set about learning to play the instrument, developing his own folk-blues style, and writing his own songs.
Ali Warren tour dates
Brigid Power-Ryce
Brigid possesses a voice that will cut you to the quick, her achingly plaintif-yet raunchy and raw tunes provide the perfect tonic in this soulless age of sanitized 'perfection'. A true talent!
Brigid Power-Ryce tour dates
Peter Delaney
Soft-spoken and aloof, Peter Delaney sings almost at a whisper, always on the cusp of collapse due to the nature of the rapidly decaying sound of the ukulele, drawing the listener in slowly into the calm quiet at the centre of his compositions.
Peter Delaney tour dates
Laurie McNamee
Laurie McNamee has been transfixing audiences with her whispery ethereal, quiet yet powerful voice, which simultaneously expresses both insecurity and security.
