Ben Wood and The Bad Ideas are an Essex based band who combine rock, folk and Americana with a very British production and sensibility. Imagine Bruce Springsteen merged with the Smiths via Essex. They are a strong live act playing festival and club gigs across the UK building a loyal fan base as they go. They headlined the 'Yes To Life' event at St Pancras International in London and played a slot at Prince Charles' 'Garden Party To Make A Difference' at Clarence House, London in 2010.
