Salman Rushdie: The PEN Pinter Prize 2014
This year's PEN Pinter Prize will be awarded to Salman Rushdie. He will be presented with the prize and deliver an address at this event recognising writers who, in the words of Harold Pinter, cast an ‘unflinching, unswerving gaze upon the world, and shows a ‘fierce intellectual determination … to define the real truth of our lives and our societies’.
