Jamie Woon
Bluesy rootsy tinged funk with melodies. Part of the OneTaste collective. A looping beatboxer with a difference, Jamie's sound is of soul, hip-hop, blues, 50's classics and clever covers. All this from one man, a mic, a guitar and a massive talent.

PolarBear
Funny and compelling, Polarbear is a 21st century wordsmith with his roots in the rhythms of hip hop and his feet firmly on the ground. A sharp line in storytelling and poems. His work has featured on BBC Radio 1, 3, 4 and 6, and he has performed around the world from Kuala Lumpur to California. He leads writing and performance projects nationally and internationally and can usually be found in the kitchen at house parties.

Gideon Conn
Described as De La Soul having a tussle with Badly Drawn Boy, his brand of folkish hip hop emulates everything from Outkast to Beck, yet his unique fusion of song rapped lyrics tells surprisingly personal tales. Manchester based Gideon looks set to be one of the biggest word of mouth stories in years. With fans ranging from Huw Stephens to Guy Garvey (Elbow) and Russell Brand, it's not hard to see or hear why Gideon is tipped for big things.

Tanya Auclair
Hailing from west London, via Canada and Rwanda – Tanya Auclair's musical upbringing straddled very different worlds. Citing influences as wide-ranging as Bongo Joe Coleman, Juana Molina, The Staple Singers, Laurie Anderson, Matthew Herbert and E.S.G, her open instinctive approach shows in the territory she covers in a beguiling mix of playful DIY drums, layers of voice, intricate melodies and touches of electronica.

Bridgette Amofah
Now regarded as one of the most exciting and original new artists to emerge in the British music scene in recent years, things have started to progress. Musically influenced and inspired by a diverse range of artists such as Ben Harper, Feist, Stevie Wonder, The Beatles, Jonny Cash and Joni Mitchell, you can hear all the qualities of folk, jazz, rock, soul and pop throughout her music. Whilst many other female singer/songwriters can simply be placed a box or defined by one genre, with Bridgette it's not so simple. With a string of forthcoming solo shows planned and further touring with Oi Va Voi, make sure you catch a glimpse of one of the most innovative, charming and warm singer/song-writers you're ever like to hear.
