London Literature Festival 2012 - In the Company of Ghosts: The Poetics of the Motorway: Will Alsop, David Lawrence, Andrew Taylor, Reverend John Davies

Interest in the history, influence and poetics of the motorway is growing. Erbacce Press and editor Alan Corkish, with co-editors Andrew Taylor and Edward Chell, have gathered material from a wide range of artists, poets, writers and thinkers who have all been influenced in some way by the motorway and its environs and collected it in 'In the Company of Ghosts: the Poetics of the Motorway'.

At this event to celebrate the launch of the book, readers include architect Will Alsop, academic David Lawrence, poet Andrew Taylor and Reverend John Davies, who walked the length of the M62 from Hull to Liverpool.

Admission is free but space is limited. To book your place email specialedition@poetrylibrary.org.uk
