Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Future Islands

To celebrate 15 incredible years of music and comedy at the Royal Albert Hall for Teenage Cancer Trust, the first artist has been confirmed for 2015’s line up. Teenage Cancer Trust supporter and 2013 guest curator Noel Gallagher will take to the stage on Saturday 28 March 2015.

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds show will follow the release of his new album ‘Chasing Yesterday’ on Sour Mash Records on 2 March. ‘Chasing Yesterday’ is produced and written by Noel and follows the huge success of his debut album that has sold over 770,000 copies. 2015 will see Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds embark on a UK arena tour preceding the very special show at the Royal Albert Hall for Teenage Cancer Trust. Special guests on the evening will be Baltimore’s Future Islands.

Teenage Cancer Trust patron and The Who front man, Roger Daltrey CBE, has been the driving force behind the concerts which have raised over £20 million for young people with cancer since they began in 2000. In March 2014 fans enjoyed seven magnificent SOLD OUT shows which achieved record-breaking ticket sales to support Teenage Cancer Trust’s specialist services as well as producing unique “I was there” moments.
