Teenage Cancer Trust Concerts: Ryan Adams + Beth Orton
Raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust, Noel Gallagher is curating the 2013 Teenage Cancer Trust Concerts at the Royal Albert Hall, and has carefully selected a stellar line-up of Kasabian, Primal Scream, Ryan Adams, Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon, Rizzle Kicks and Labrinth.
There will also be an evening of comedy with Russell Brand and Noel Fielding.

Former guitarist and singer/songwriter for Whiskeytown, Ryan Adams has revealed a closet folkie-side in his solo material, although he still writes as he performs: with his heart on his sleeve, and punk in his spirit.

Beth Orton
Darling of the music press whose quiet, slow dreamy songs blend trip-hop breaks with folky guitar and haunting vocals. First noticed by dance music supremo William Orbit when a suitably inebriated Orton sang on his 'Strange Cargo' albums. There is a definite 70s folk influence, (Neil Young, Rickie Lee Jones and Joni Mitchell), which has effortlessly moved to the noughties.
