Crossing Borders Workshop And Performance
Grand Union Youth Orchestra and Rich Mix Youth Take Over present Crossing Borders.
Bring along your instrument and join members of GUYO for the day - learn tunes from all over the world and develop your improvisation skills! Play from Grand Union's extensive repertoire of world music, including brand new Middle-Eastern pieces, and learn first-hand from experts. Work created during the day will be performed at Rich Mix at 6pm (it's free entry so invite your friends!)
Schedule:
10:30am - 3:00pm - Workshop
3:30pm - 5:30pm - Soundcheck
5:30pm - 6:00pm - Doors Open
6:00pm - 7:00pm - Performance
