At The Drive-In + MMOTHS
First announced via Twitter, the reformed US hardcore band have revealed that their one-off UK headline show will take place at London's Brixton Academy on August 28th.
At The Drive-In returned with a gig in Texas in March, performing hits from their back catalogue including the classic 'One-Armed Scissor'. The London date follows their headline sets at Reading and Leeds Festivals this Summer.

Considered as one of the most influential post-hardcore acts of the late 1990s, the band originally formed in 1993 in El Paso, Texas, becoming known for their taut melodies, furious skills and unbridled enthusiasm. The band split in 2001 having released three albums. Their third album, 'Relationship of Command' (2000), is now seen as one of the most influential rock albums of the decade. At the Drive-In announced their reunion in January 2012 with the message '¡ ATTENTION ! To whom it may concern: AT THE DRIVE-IN will be breaking their 11 year silence THIS STATION IS …NOW…OPERATIONAL', followed by the confirmation that they'll be playing at the 2012 Coachella Festival in Indio, California.
