Escuela de Tango Argentino

The ‘Escuela de Tango Argentino’ is thrilled to perform their show at the Leicester Square Theatre Flavio de Brito is choreographing and producing an annual tango show. Now in its 9th year, the show features an international cast of both professional and amateur dancers. This unique production gives its members the chance to experience the excitement of learning choreographies and performing them to a live audience in many theatres across the South of England, an experience few people would have otherwise.

In addition to learning new skills and improving their fitness, cast members also benefit from an exciting cultural exchange and the chance to make new friends. For some of the couples, the magic even spreads beyond the choreographies, and they are now partners on and off stage.

This dynamic and passionate show breaks out of the confines of the Ballroom and takes Tango back to its Buenos Aires roots showing both the traditional origins and the stylish modern revival of the Argentinean Tango.
