The Arab Quarterly
Go and enjoy a wonderfully artistic and sophisticated evening of Arabic music and dance with The Arab Quarter Band live and a stunning line up of oriental dancers!
Colourfully costumed groups of belly dancers and delightful soloists will entertain you with a generous programme. In each half this relaxed and increasingly popular event invites the audience to dance too. Cabaret seating allows for informality and a bar is set within the old world wood panelled auditorium of the historic and beautifully restored Islington Assembly Hall. There is a also a wonderful balcony providing extra seating and a different view: this is now open for those who wish.
This is a lively night of passionate and soulful music and dance with a fabulous community feel. Zara's Zouk, a thriving oriental market stall, adds a vivacious spark to the occasion!
