After gaining attention with first single Losing My Edge in 2002, Murphy's LCD Soundsystem have gone on to critical acclaim, receiving two Grammy nominations, shed-loads of media praise and worldwide tours. Belgian funk DJs (aka rockers Soulwax) whose eclectic bootleg mixes have endeared them to clubbers across Europe and propelled them to A-list status on the world's DJ roster. Destiny's Child mixed with Nirvana? Royksopp mixed with Dolly Parton? Oh yes!
2ManyDJs tour dates
DJ Shadow's presence in the world of hip hop - and music in general - is hardly disputed these days. His work as a soloist is as well-recognised as his extensive collaborative efforts which range from the close-to-home Cut Chemist to a surprisingly chilling duet with Radiohead's Thom Yorke. In addition, Shadow has been widely recognised for his work in the severely abstract and psychedelic group U.N.K.L.E, whose debut album 'Psyence Fiction' caused an international stir. The Jimi Hendrix of sampling and a true pioneer in modern hip-hop and dance music.

Originally the name of DJ Shadow and Mo'Wax boss James Lavelle's side project. James Lavelle has now adopted the name for his DJ dates, demonstrating the eclectic take on hip-hop that Mo'Wax is famous for.

Missy Elliot has been on the cutting edge of hip-hop since she first emerged in 1997 with The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly), which was hailed as a masterpiece, with MTV even crowning it's video as the 15th greatest of all time. As one of the most innovative and genre-defying artists of the last fifteen years, Missy Elliott is a bona-fide hiphop icon.

After pioneering the dubstep sound from their Big Apple Records HQ in Croydon, Skream, Benga and Artwork formed Magnetic Man. As with many a superhero, their lair no longer exists. But the trio have moved onto bigger conquests, creating an inimitable dark and bassy sound that has rumbled its way to core gigs worldwide. With ongoing support from names such as Annie Mac, Zane Lowe, Mistajam and Pete Tong, Magnetic Man's live show is simply devastating.

From his beginnings as a bedroom DJ five years ago, to headlining the Glade stage at Glastonbury in 2010, Nick Douwma, better known as Sub Focus, has become one of the most interesting, innovative and important voices working in British electronic music today.
Douwma has created compositions for Chase & Status (Flashing Lights) and Example (Kickstarts), remixed The Prodigy, Deadmau5 and Dizzee Rascal, while his own tracks (including Airplane, X-Ray, Rock It, Could This Be Real) have won Sub Focus fans in the form of Zane Lowe, Annie Mac, Grooverider and Mistajam.

Lidell is one half of the respected Super_Collider and a compulsive experimenter when performing solo. He is an eccentric and accurate corrupter of sounds, dressed up with the elegance of a contemporary crooner. Signed to Warp, he puts a fresh spin on the label's trademark sound, injecting perfect soul and gospel into the electronic mix.

A moody and exceedingly stylish duo from Manchester, Hurts inhabit an enigmatic, cinematic black & white world where they construct melancholic 1980s-inspired electro-pop. They resemble Tears For Fears, as shot by Anton Corbijn.
Hurts tour dates
London duo The Big Pink whose drone-led soundscapes and dreamy vocals put them somewhere in the same category as MGMT and has led to support slots with the likes of TV On The Radio.

Formed in 2004, minimalist eighties-influenced punk-dance band New Young Pony Club have gone from strength to strength. Influenced by the likes of Iggy Pop and Blondie they make synth based pop topped with sexy scrawling vocals from lead singer Tahita. ‘…like Debbie Harry singing over a Frankie Knuckles tune played by Joy Division.’ - AngryApe
NYPC (Formerly New Young Pony Club) tour dates
New Yorker Darwin Deez is influenced by other New York artists such as The Strokes and The Mouldy Peaches. Darwin Deez began his career by performing at open-mic nights in New York, in the same cafes where Regina Spektor and Adam Green would often play. Deez has followed his own quixotic path and has quickly become a bona fide pop star on his own terms. He continues on his one man mission to improve the world through his particular streak of curiously addictive pop songs and bursts of gloriously unfettered synchronized dancing.

Beatbullyz are all about the positive energy and enjoyment with their uplifting fusion of hip-hop and street soul.

Electronic alt-pop boy/girl duo Jason Friedman and Eleanore Everdell from Brooklyn. Catchy, sophisticated electro-pop for fans of Au Revoir Simone and The Blow or the dancefloor beats of The Rapture.
The Hundred In The Hands tour dates
The musical creation of Colorado's Derek Vincent Smith, Pretty Lights create their music through digital sampling, with an emphasis on hip hop beats, dirty synth lines and vintage funk and soul samples.
