DJ Shadow
DJ Shadow's presence in the world of hip hop - and music in general - is hardly disputed these days. His work as a soloist is as well-recognised as his extensive collaborative efforts which range from the close-to-home Cut Chemist to a surprisingly chilling duet with Radiohead's Thom Yorke. In addition, Shadow has been widely recognised for his work in the severely abstract and psychedelic group U.N.K.L.E, whose debut album 'Psyence Fiction' caused an international stir. The Jimi Hendrix of sampling and a true pioneer in modern hip-hop and dance music.

As one of the most innovative and genre-defying artists of the last fifteen years, Missy Elliott is a bona-fide hiphop icon.

Magnetic Man
After pioneering the dubstep sound from their Big Apple Records HQ in Croydon, Skream, Benga and Artwork formed Magnetic Man. As with many a superhero, their lair no longer exists. With ongoing support from names such as Annie Mac, Zane Lowe, Mistajam and Pete Tong, Magnetic Man's live show is simply devastating.

New Yorker Darwin Deez is influenced by other New York artists such as The Strokes and The Mouldy Peaches. Darwin Deez began his career by performing at open-mic nights in New York, in the same cafes where Regina Spektor and Adam Green would often play. Deez has followed his own quixotic path and has quickly become a bona fide pop star on his own terms. He continues on his one man mission to improve the world through his particular streak of curiously addictive pop songs and bursts of gloriously unfettered synchronized dancing.
