In our fast-paced modern world, with all its pressures and busyness, we are prone to experiencing anger and stress. So many of our daily problems are caused or aggravated by these harmful mental habits. This day course will explore how Buddhist meditation, combined with new ways of viewing our difficulties, enables us to reduce and finally eliminate these painful states of mind.
