Significant events like a sickness, death, redundancy or divorce often shock us into realising that everything is impermanent. Having worked so hard to acquire external security, in our qualifications, jobs, social status, family life, and assets, it seems natural to expect them to stay the same and in our possession forever.

This course will help us to acknowledge our human situation by looking at the Buddhist Wheel of life. With this new wisdom perspective we can then train our minds towards remaining unscathed by the passage of our lives and in this way become of most use to ourself and others. Everyone welcome.
