Citing the likes of Randy Newman, Tom Waits & George Gershwin as key influences, London-born, multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter Alex Berger is the winner of Best Story Song at the Independent Music Awards for the title track of his debut album, Snow Globe, judged by Tom Waits, Seal & Anthony DeCurtis (Rolling Stone) among others. He also picked up the VOX POP 'People's Voice' award in the same category.

Singer-songwriter Emily Baker is a passionate and honest storyteller with flashes of eccentric chat between songs, taking a slice of real life and serving it up with a melody.
Emily released her debut album House Of Cards to critical applause in 2011, touring with Chris Difford, Beth Rowley, Amy Wadge, Jon Allen and Gabriella Cilmi. Schoolmate Pete Doherty cited her as the person who first influenced him to pick up a guitar and she supported him at Bournemouth Opera House and the Hackney Empire.
