Alex Mendham's Orchestra authentically performs and records period dance music from the 1920s and 30s. The passion the orchestra has for this music is what keeps them together. No corner is cut when it comes to preserving the music. From their vintage instruments to the pomade on their hair, no detail is overlooked. They have performed at venues randing from The Pigalle Club and The Floridita to the RMS Queen Mary, California.

Trio Manouche
Trio Manouche are a gypsy jazz band that are really building a following and were recently featured on Radio 3. They are talented guitarists who perform the works of Django Reinhardt and their own upbeat quirky original compositions in the style of Hot Club de France. The gregarious Simon Harris leads this gypsy jazz ensemble known for its infectious foot-tapping grooves and catchy recognisable melodies, also interpreting many popular crowd pleasing favourites like Louis Prima's 'I Wanna Be Like You', and Renato Carusone's classic 'Tu Vou Fa' L'Americano'.
