Dead Static: ManMoth Productions
Dead Static is a new science fiction comedy play by Steve Jordan, which has been described as 'Waiting for Godot in space'. Two strangers wake up on a shuttle in deep space, to discover they have one hour before they hit the asteroid belt. Can they work together to survive? Or are they doomed to irritate each other into oblivion? Or will they thwart an evil empire in time for tea and Deal or No Deal? (Yup, it's still a thing). Join Tyler and Gary on this character-driven space farce and see what fate has in store for them. Or just come and laugh at them, if you want. No pressure.
ManMoth Productions
ManMoth Productions is the brainchild of comedy writers Steve Jordan and Patrick Baker, and aspires to be a comedy mainstay of the Camden Fringe calendar. ManMoth's first production, 'A Hero's Journey', a surreal comedy-drama about failing writer Matthew Rain, debuted at 2011's year's Camden Fringe Festival. The show ran at the Etcetera Theatre to sell out audiences and was described by critics as 'deeply absorbing' and 'an affirmative act of bloody-minded creation'.
