About this event
Everyone's favourite nearly all girl punk rock ukulele band The pUKEs are throwing a party to celebrate the release of their debut 7" EP on the seminal Damaged Goods label. Since they formed in an East London boozer two years ago, the pUKEs have found themselves in demand, touring with Bad Manners, appearing at festivals and performing at the Tate Modern.
Featuring very special guests...the legendary CASE and up and coming upstarts B-Movie Britz.
The pUKEs
The pUKEs are a mainly female ukulele anti society for punks based in London. They cover songs by the likes of Dead Kennedys, Exploited, Xray Spex and The Damned like you've never heard them before.
