Their music draws influence from various everyday music genres but has a strong base in the native music of Iran and in many ways their music can be described as 'Iranian Roots Music'. Ajam is a cultural experience. In addition to the raw energy of tribal and ritual music that inspires their sound, elements of the dance and movement is incorporated into live shows.
