These New Puritans

Essex band These New Puritans return to the Barbican in April 2014 with an extended line-up, following their acclaimed Hidden Live concert in autumn 2010, which featured the Britten Sinfonia, a children’s choir, 10ft taiko drums, multiple vibraphonists and live Foley techniques. For their upcoming Barbican date, These New Puritans present TNP EXPANDED, a new imagining of the band, featuring an expanded TNP ensemble of brass, strings, voices, percussion and more, for a one-off performance of their new album Field of Reeds in its entirety, and Lost Chords (old and brand new works, worked and re-worked).
