Over 50 Living Show

Over 50 Living Show formerly known as 'Young At Heart Show' returns to Alexandra Palace for a lifestyle show for the active over 50s.

The show boasts over 150 exhibitors from the world of travel, leisure, finance, fashion, health, food, motoring and beauty.

Visitors can enjoy live entertainment, fashion shows, celebrity interviews, seminars, wine tasting, cooking, arts and crafts, technology and fitness demonstrations.
