Amelia White
Born and bred in Virginia, Amelia White cut her musical teeth as a young adult in Boston. She begged her brother to teach her guitar, then played it so much that he sold it to her - it’s still her main guitar to this day. With influences such as The Beatles and Stones, her songs have a sweet soft side reminiscent of early James Taylor. The lyrics are more poetic than narrative, and her sinewy emotional voice and striking melodies will stick with you.
