Baltic Arts And Crafts Fair

Camp And Furnace is transformed into a village-square for a day of inspiring and calming shopping, as we say farewell to the summer and welcome the autumn months ahead.

There has been an increasing number of visitors travelling to the Baltic Triangle area, as it becomes a hub within the city for pop-up events selling original, handcrafted, up-cycled and recycled goods produced by some of the best designers and makers the city has to offer.

The Baltic Arts & Crafts Fair is the longest standing event in the area; with a year of monthly events under its belt it has now established itself as the place to go for a relaxing shopping trip, even with the family in tow.

The event is a great opportunity to discover and support Liverpool’s micro businesses, crafters, design enthusiasts and creative entrepreneurs in a space that brings the ‘great outdoors’ inside.

With limited edition prints, hand made, knitted, up-cycled and recycled jewellery, photography, handcrafted carpentry, retro and contemporary homeware, ceramics and glass, stationary, gifts and cards - there is something for everyone.

Sunday’s are best for relaxing with family & friends and Camp And Furnace does this exceptionally well; why not accompany your shopping trip with a roast? Choose from 28-day dry-aged Lancashire Sirloin or whole roast corn-fed chickens or the vegetarian option, with wooden platters of locally sourced, seasonal vegetables, all perfect for sharing.

Each monthly event hosts a specially designed themed craft workshop for adults and children. Produced by Button Boutique, art & craft experts and party & event stylists.

They have also teamed up with Threshold Festival, an annual local music festival; who compare and curate a selection of live acoustic music – playing throughout the whole day – providing a soothing soundtrack to your family day out. Early bird tickets for the 2014 Threshold Festival will be on sale at this September event.
