Leeds International Pianoforte Competition - First Stage
The Leeds International Piano Competition gives an outstanding opportunity for young professional pianists to advance their careers and become the artists of tomorrow.
‘The Leeds’ competitions have discovered some of the greatest pianists of our time whose careers were escalated to world fame by winning a major prize; Murray Perahia, Radu Lupu, Andras Schiff, Mitsuko Uchida, Lars Vogt, Louis Lortie and Artur Pizarro are but a few of the distinguished prize winners.
The Competition reserves the right to adjust performance times and number of sessions.
