Fulneck Baroque Festival - Samson
St Peter's Singers return to Fulneck for their annual Baroque Festival on Bank Holiday Monday 25 August 2014. Sally Robinson leads the National Festival Orchestra together with Allan Horsey at the Continuo - Dr Simon Lindley conducts.

'There are beguiling solos from Delilah and heart-breaking ones from the eponymous role, including an exquisite lament at the hero's state of blindness - Total eclipse; no sun, no moon; all dark amidst the blaze of noon!'
St Peter's Singers Music Director, Dr Simon Lindley, has conducted over twenty performances of the work since his first effort as long ago as 1971.
