Girls In The Ring
At London 2012, for the first time in the history of the Olympic Games, women will be allowed to compete in the boxing ring. With this in mind photographer Lee Karen Stow was inspired to document female amateur boxers in the Yorkshire region. This exhibition of photographs tells the story of the girls and women who have taken up boxing, showing them in the gym, in the ring and outside the ring.
