Alan Anderson introduces the winner and two runners up from the 2012 Scottish Comedian of the Year competition. Previous winners have subsequently appeared on BBC 2's Best of the Edinburgh Festival, enjoyed sold out, critically acclaimed solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, Glasgow and New York Comedy Festivals, headlined the comedy arena at music festivals such as RockNess and T in the Park.
