The Beatstalkers
A five-piece 1960s Glasgow group who, in their early days, were described as the 'Scottish Beatles'. They played a mix of original material, black American music and covers of less well known Rolling Stones tracks. Hugely popular across Scotland, they moved to London on signing with DECCA in 1965.
