Leo Blanco's Blue Lamp Quartet rocked and seduced Aberdeen Jazz Festival and now they return for one of the year's most hotly anticipated gigs. Featuring the Venezuelan piano virtuoso with brilliant Brazilian bassist Mario Caribe, horn quartet Brass Jaw's outstanding alto saxophonist Paul Towndrow and the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra's drum dynamo Alyn Cosker, this is one of the most exciting bands on the planet.
