About X-Men: Days Of Future Past

Old and new incarnations of the X-Men team unite across time to fight an enemy that threatens all of humanity. So, no pressure then. In 2023, mutants live in constant fear of monstrous Sentinels: shape-shifting robots designed to eradicate their kind. Shadowcat (Ellen Page) and a band of other X-Men are losing the fight against this seemingly unstoppable force, so they hatch a plan to change the past so that this dystopian future never comes to pass. Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) is chosen to go back in time as his near-invincibility means he is the only one who can withstand the process. Unfortunately, his people skills have always been a little lacking. Shadowcat projects his consciousness back to the 1970s where he must convince former friends Charles Xavier (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) to unite and stop a pivotal event.
