About Playing For Keeps

George (Gerard Butler) is a down-on-his luck former football star who comes back to his home town to sort his life out. In an attempt to rebuild his relationship with his son and ex-wife Stacie (Jessica Biel), he agrees to coach the local youth team. Believing him to be both ruggedly handsome and charming, several mothers of the teams' children fall for George and aggressively pursue him. George's womanising ways helped to end his marriage so it's no surprise when he starts working his way through the attractive women throwing themselves at him (including Uma Thurman and Catherine Zeta-Jones). But his dalliances cause Stacie to lose even more respect for him and his son feels neglected. Can George change his character?
