The Festival Players
The Gloucestershire-based Festival Players are a talented touring company of professional actors and musicians, renowned for their outstanding open air Shakespeare performances which aim to make The Bard accessible to all. Every summer they take their high energy show to around 60 locations around England, Wales and Scotland – from National Trust properties to London squares, village greens and Scottish castles - as well as appearances at The Three Choirs Festival and Worcester Festival.
In 2012 they took over the UK's longest established outdoor touring Shakespeare company Theatre Set-Up and the combined forces means the new-look Festival Players bring audiences more than 60 years' touring experience.
