Live from Jodrell Bank: The Transmissions, are a series of one day shows taking place on an outdoor stage in the shadow of the iconic Lovell Telescope at The University of Manchester's Jodrell Bank Observatory.

Featuring a diverse array of internationally renowned musical artists alongside interactive science activities organised by Jodrell Bank and 76 meter high projections it’s a show like no other.

Previous Transmissions featuring The Flaming Lips and Elbow have been national award winning for innovation and creativity.

Before the spectacular evening concerts and throughout each day, attendees will be able to participate in a fantastic range of hands-on experiments and workshops on site at Jodrell Bank. With full access to the magnificent Discovery Centre included in every ticket, this is a great chance to find out more about the mind-blowing research happening at Jodrell Bank and beyond.
