Descarga Dance Regueton-Movimiento

Whilst all classes work on a drop-in basis, Descarga Dance do encourage you to take the 6 week block in order to develop your learning and get the most out of the course. They also recommend you book in advance where possible as classes get quite busy - partcularly the Rumba, Advanced Salsa Timba and Regueton classes.

Train your body to move in ways you never thought possible, loosen your inhibitions and build physical confidence. Set to an infectious soundtrack of Cuban beats, Hip-Hop and Regueton and taught by the inimitable Yainer Carbonell Vegueriz.

Ask any of our students, and they'll tell you that our increasingly popular Regueton/Movimiento class has not only changed the way they dance, but that it is also one of the best and most surprising conditioning classes out there. Based upon an isolation technique taught by Cuba's leading dance professors, we have developed the class alongside leading fitness experts and physiotherapists to ensure that you get an all-over, well-balanced workout that, most importantly, is safe. After a ton of tests and movement analyses, we can now officially state that our class will help you increase mobility, flexibility & coordinationbuild core strength + stability, target abs., back muscles and legsimprove upper and lower postureburn up to 800 calorieslories
