African Dance
Learn traditional dances of Africa and the Caribbean on this open level/mixed ability course with Nzinga Dance Ensemble.
You will also learn how to improve your balance and flexibility, stamina and co-ordination.
Beginners are very welcome. Classes are accompanied by live drumming. 10 sessions running on Sundays.
